By entering the Uzzle “Disneyland Family Trip” Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to these Official Rules.
1. SPONSOR
The Promotion is sponsored by Uzzle Games LLC, 10228 E Northwest Hwy, Unit #438, Dallas, TX 75238 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on December 2nd and ends on December 31st.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Entry With Purchase
During the Promotion Period, entrants automatically receive:

(Excludes taxes, shipping, discounts, and fees.)
Refunded, canceled, or chargeback orders may result in entries being voided.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Each eligible AMOE submission earns 50 entries.
Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person/email during the Promotion Period.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A magical 3–5 day family trip for up to five (5) people, including:

Roundtrip airfare for the winner + up to 4 guests (paid via prepaid travel card)

Winner may choose the travel dates. Winner is responsible for booking the trip using the provided funds.
Total Approximate Retail Value: $4,999.00 OR 💵 Cash Alternative: $4,000
The winner may choose to receive a $4,000 cash prize instead of the Disneyland trip package.
Note: Disney is not a sponsor, administrator, or associated entity of this Promotion.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
6. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 2, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 3 business days.
Sponsor may require proof of identity, affidavit of eligibility, or additional verification.
If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise integrity of the Promotion.
Any attempt to deliberately damage systems or undermine legitimate operation may result in disqualification and prosecution.
By entering, participants release Sponsor from all liability related to participation, prize acceptance, and use of prize.
9. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

11. DISPUTES
Promotion governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
