1. Free Trial
When you place an order that includes a Uzzle trial subscription, your purchase includes a 30-day free trial of the Uzzle game and Uzzle Club access. During this period, you will have full access to the game and membership benefits at no cost.
You may cancel at any time during the free trial, and you will not be charged.
2. Automatic Billing After Trial
If the subscription is not canceled within the 30-day trial period, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
After the trial:
- You will be charged $29.99 for the Uzzle game
- Then enrolled in Uzzle Club, which delivers 2 new games every 2 months for $59.98
These charges are billed automatically to the payment method used at checkout.
3. Physical Products
Uzzle is a physical game. All games, expansion packs, and club deliveries are shipped to the customer’s address.
The subscription covers:
- The initial Uzzle game after the trial
- Ongoing game deliveries through Uzzle Club
Shipping timelines do not affect billing once the trial period ends.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your customer account and clicking Manage Subscription
- Clicking the Cancel Subscription link in any subscription email
- Contacting our support team at support@uzzle.com
If you cancel within the 30-day trial, you will not be charged.
If you cancel after the 30-day trial has ended, the trial charge will apply because the subscription has already converted to a paid plan.
5. Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once the free trial has ended, as physical products and membership benefits are already allocated.
If you experience a billing issue, please contact our support team before filing a dispute so we can assist you.
6. Customer Responsibility
By completing checkout with a trial game offer, you agree to:
- The 30-day free trial
- Automatic billing if not canceled
- Our cancellation and refund policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. If for any reason you don’t love your Uzzle games, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
