Shipping Policy

We always strive to provide our customers with the fastest shipping possible and so for USA customers we store all our inventory in our warehouses in Idaho. Due to unpredictable supply chain issues from COVID we've been experiencing extreme port delays reaching up to almost 30 days. So some items may be delayed due to these factors. You will see the estimated delay listed on the product page if there is any at the current moment. We'll constantly update our site to make sure you understand the current delays.

You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. Orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Idaho.

All USA orders will be shipped with UPS, Fedex, or USPS - which takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

We can ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. The delivery time is on average 7-10 days to arrive.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your item is shipped. It will include the tracking number and the link to the tracking.

What if I haven't received my item?

If there's any issues please email us at support@theuzzle.com. Please include your order # in the subject line. If the item was lost we will provide a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.
