Shipping Policy

 

Up until December 20th, we are offering Free Express Shipping to ensure your order arrives before Christmas.  

We offer free shipping to all 50 states. Your order will be shipping directly from our warehouse in California or Indiana, depending on which one is closest to you. You can expect to receive your order in 2-7 business days with normal shipping. With express shipping it will arrive in 2-3 business days.

 

We also can ship internationally to Australia. The delivery time is on average 8-15 business days to arrive internationally.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your item is shipped. It will include the tracking number and the link to the tracking.

What if I haven't received my item?

If there's any issues please email us at help@theuzzle.com. Please include your order # in the subject line. If the item was lost we will provide a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.
